Councilmember Marc Elrich (D-At Large) is jumping into the race for Montgomery County Executive. He is filing the required form (see below) to qualify for public financing under the County’s new law. Elrich joins his colleague, George Leventhal (D-At Large), in the race with others expected to follow, including Roger Berliner (D-1) and potentially David Trone.
