The General Assembly ends at the twelfth stroke of midnight, so it’s that time of year when members vote on bills in rapid succession. Among other questions to be answered today: will the General Assembly pass a tax cut? And will it be closer to the House’s tax cut for the middle class or the Senate’s tax cut for the wealthy?
